You can take a refractometer and measure your water. Go to one of the sailors with hydrometers who knows the salinity of the water and measure it. You will know which one is more accurate and by how much to adjust. In short, I suggest two options: in the first, a refractometer is needed, and in the second, you need to know the exact salinity of the water. Maybe someone else will have some advice.

Go to AiRif to the guys; they will check and help you. If it's far, find someone closer among the sailors, call them, and all questions will be resolved.

Osmosis can also be measured. It should be one.

I don't have much time right now - I only get home in the evening at this time! Can the distiller also show a unit????
Joshua9340
In theory, yes. My aquamedics (2 pcs) lie by 4 units compared to the refractometer. In osmosis after the resin, they show 1.004. The refractometer shows 1.000. If ours are from the same batch, then trust the analog one!

Osmotic water and distillate are not measured with a refractometer as it is used for other purposes. Osmosis and distillate are measured with a TDS meter.

I got the float in the summer from a, and the arrow one I got for almost nothing, supposedly from , I really need to visit someone to check both the float and the arrow!!

So our floats are from the same batch, as I also got mine from A in the summer. Two people took them for testing (verification) with their refractometers, and both of them were inaccurate. So now I am making a correction of 0.004.

Please let me know what the TDS 1-2 float from Aquamedic should show. Will there be a noticeable difference from TDS 0?
