I have around 300+ from osmosis, a 200-liter barrel, and a different osmosis with neon. The return from the second osmosis goes into the same barrel, and then when the TDS is high, I replace the water.

Hello, fellow countryman! I have 700-900 before osmosis, and 20-30 after osmosis, right after the membrane. I don't use a filter after the membrane or a mineralizer. No resin. Recently, the numbers have stabilized: 700 before osmosis, and 22 after. Maybe the bypass tap is faulty. It is parallel to the flow restrictor and is used for manual membrane flushing. Perhaps it wasn't fully closed. Also, it would be good to check the four-way valve. And the membrane as well.

Check the flow restrictor; if it gets clogged, there will be very high pressure on the membrane, and the membrane can quickly "break through." Change the pre-filters more often.

The four-way valve may be faulty, if there is one in the system, but I resolved everything by installing a booster pump; the pressure in the system was weak. I don't know how it affected the diaphragm, but it really helped. I also think it's worth replacing the diaphragm.

The pump is running, the automatic membrane cleaning seems to be happening constantly, and the pressure is around 4 atm. I change the pre-filters every 2-3 months. Is that rare? I haven't figured out the flow restrictor yet - I'll go Google what it is, what to do with it, and where it is located.

Hello. Most likely, the membrane needs to be replaced since there is an auto-flush. The cartridges may have been assembled incorrectly or carelessly. I have 850 from the tap, 23-28 after osmosis, and 3-5 after the resin.

I also initially thought that the cartridges were installed incorrectly, but then the membrane wouldn't have given 115 at the output.
