I received Purigen and PhosGuard from the online store. I requested them in their original packaging, not in bulk, as promised. I received... Purigen is tightly sealed and there are no doubts about its contents, but PhosGuard is not. Moreover, it looks different. Has anyone encountered this? I have something to risk today, so putting something unclear into the aquarium is, to put it mildly, foolish.

where the black balls are, it seems to be SeaGel, the same PhosGuard but with carbon. However, there is very little carbon in the aquarium in the photo.

This is not the first case with Siche's products. It seems they are diluting it. Well, if only they approached this responsibly. But it looks like they do it with complete indifference. It's clear that to optimize transportation costs, it's logical to buy antifreeze in bulk and then package it here, but it needs to be done carefully. Everything should definitely be returned.

I ordered exactly what is written on the Phosguard packaging, but I discussed with the girl that it should be a sealed package!!!! In the customer service, I was immediately told that there is only bulk, I refused... But what came was also unsealed and mixed with coal, it doesn't fit any standards.... and she couldn't explain anything properly....

I got it from other places, coal and Phosgard 250 ml (I don't remember about the external sealing of the cellophane), but there were no "seals" like in the photo with Purigen, and I also didn't find coal in Phosgard.

I use the AquaVitro line - there are no films anywhere at all ((( I mean, they are not there from the start... the lid itself is very tight.
