• The Second Life of My Resan

Actually, how it all started... So, in order, after I couldn't keep the temperature below 30°C this summer, I decided to remove all living creatures from the aquarium. Only the sand and L.R. (live rock) remained, along with whatever was crawling and scurrying around in them. In early September, after the heat began to subside, I started slowly reintroducing life, and here is the result... As of today: Halimeda is growing like crazy, Botryocladia leptopoda is trying to catch up. Weekly water changes of 25 liters (for the sake of the mat). I'm deliberately not touching the Aiptasia—I plan to introduce a Chelmon. PS. Both fish are very young, and comments like "not the right tank size for this fish" will not be considered. After all, I have a place to relocate it to a proper volume.

Cool!!!

Tell me about the actinia - did it wander a lot?

Javier5186

The mats hardly wander. Once "planted," they settle in the sand under the stone. A second anemone, Anemonia viridis, also appeared in the frame; it occasionally roams along the border of sand and stones.

In the summer, the animals went to the dacha.

Wesley

Aha, to the far border.

Vincent

I almost went to the dacha too...

The most "attentive" vs the most "elusive"

I'm trying to master the camera.

Rita

I am eager to buy a camera in the coming days. This one I see gives you good shots. What is it called, how many megapixels does it have, and what can it handle?

Antonio

on Coolpix 7900. I got it from a Moscow "colleague" in diving along with the case. The price... was discussed during one of the safaris over a cup of "Jack els," so I got it at a very good discount.
