Hello everyone. I have just set up a 450-liter aquarium. So far, everything is going according to plan, and I hope it will continue to be the case. If something goes wrong, I count on your help. If you have any advice, I would be happy to listen. Here

I liked the overall look. What about the equipment? P.S.: Where did you get such a background? Is there an electronic version of it...? In general, the background is something!!!! Added after 34 seconds Oh yes... is the stone really alive?

Caroline1599

The flow is clearly insufficient.. The pen type is unclear until you see the photo... The electronic version of the background... that is, in the form of a file... so that we can print it out... it is very beautiful... how much does it cost and what are its dimensions?

Nicole2404

This background costs us 4.50 Euros per linear meter with a height of 50 cm. Unfortunately, I don't have an electronic version. If there are flights from you to Hanover, I think we can come up with something so that you can get this background.

Pavlik. We have a background like that in Kharkiv, they sell it for 40 UAH per meter at the market, it will be cheaper at the bird stalls, come and take a look, I just got one for myself today. The background is awesome. On the back side of the one I got, there are different corals, so in general, it's a marine aquarium background. In general, the background that Jäger78 has is just incredible. Jäger78 - Respect!

Where do the stones come from? Bolivia? But there are no seas there. There are stones, that's true, but they lie high in the mountains, so to speak. Or has the island of Bali already gained independence from Indonesia and become Balivia?

Aaron

I was in a hurry and made a mistake, in general, Bali and Indonesia.

Hello to all marimans. I haven't visited the forum for a long time, and finally, I've found the time. During my absence from the forum, my aquarium has changed a bit and grown. Here are a couple of photos of the aquarium as of today (please don't judge too harshly).

Matthew7977

Welcome back! And where are the photos?

Tanya

So, are the photos in my post displayed or not? Can someone tell me if there are photos or not?

Thomas1044

There are photos, order.

Heather

Please let me know if anyone knows when it is approximately possible to start feeding Apogon Caudern fry with frozen food. Thank you in advance.

Joseph2576

When they start taking it themselves (first, start with the smallest, for example, cyclops, small artemia), try it and get them used to taking frozen food.

Raven7170

Malcolm is only 3 days old right now, I am feeding him live brine shrimp and in a week I want to start adding frozen lobster roe to his food. What do you think, is it worth it or is it too early? Best regards, Alex.

Natasha7622

Of course, it's too early; three days is nothing. Feed them well until the fry grow to a size where they simply won't have enough of this food. Only then should you gradually transition them while continuing to supplement their diet with artemia.

Phyllis

Cool aquarium! I wanted to ask... is there no sump? Were there any holes drilled in the main aquarium? Is this BOYU internal filter a hang-on type?

Mariah

What's the catch?

Heather

Today I tried adding lobster eggs to the brine shrimp for the fry, and the attempt was successful. At first, they didn't want to take it, but then they started grabbing it quite actively.

Jäger78, Great job! I respect Juwel!!! Please tell me about your light? What is the wattage per liter?

Thomas

Thank you. I have 2 metal halide lamps of 150 watts 16000 K from Aquamedic and 2 T8 lamps of 39 watts, which I use just for backlighting in the front.

My little animals have a jubilee today, 10 days. Here they are.

Frank7213

Hello everyone. My little pets are almost 2 months old, they are about 4 cm long and eat everything I offer. Here are a couple of fresh photos.

Michelle1505

And here are a couple of fresh photos of the aquarium.

Jill1815

Jäger78, Normal flow... I just couldn't make out the fragments of green algae, is it hysterics? And in post 24, the background is freshwater, I think this is a temporary phenomenon?

Travis572

I honestly don't know what this algae is called. About 8 months ago, I bought a small piece of this algae, and it was labeled as unidentified. Over time, it disappeared without attaching to the rock, but about 3 months ago, it appeared in several places and is now growing well, though not quickly. I might change the background later.
