You can make the setup bigger, and you can also plant the little fish for growth, and when they grow, you can move them to a larger aquarium or sell them. A hedgehog is not needed; that's true even for 200 liters. Its spines can grow up to 20 cm. You can get hurt, and it can also harm the other inhabitants.

I will tell an interesting story about the Red Sea. We walked along the coast, enjoying the rays of the African sun, and were as happy as elephants. Later, I went snorkeling in the shallow water and found that there were sea urchins everywhere, about ten in each hole, just waiting for someone to step on them or brush against them. And let me tell you, their body size is no joke, up to 10 cm in diameter, not to mention the length of their spines, which I don't even want to think about. Judging by the number per square meter, I think even 100 liters would be enough for them.
