Good day, This wonder came with a live stone. Can you tell me what it is? At first, I thought it was a cone, but they have a solid shell, while this one only has a back. Sea hares seem to be completely without a shell. No harm has been noticed so far; I am observing. It doesn't like light and is not very active for now. Size is 3-4 cm. Thank you!

If the shell is divided into 8 parts, then it is a chiton.

No, it's not a chiton; it doesn't look like the shell is made of parts. Look at Scutus unguis.
