They brought me three of these anemones. I placed them in a 900-liter aquarium. Since I had an unsuccessful experience before, I am asking for advice from more experienced forum members. What species are they? Do they need to be fed? If so, with what? What are the water requirements? Can anemones be dyed, as the foam in the skimmer is suspiciously pink?

They look like painted Heteractis malu. Feed them once a week with a small piece of shrimp, mussels, etc. Water - standard, the cleaner the better. I read on foreign websites that all yellow ones are painted, pink is also a fairly popular color. It is also said that the survival rate of anemones decreases after painting, and the color gradually fades, so the skimmer is not lying, apparently.

You have Actinia heteractis malu Heteractis malu (Radianthus malu) read it

Actually, malu don't sit on rocks, only on sand. Crispa, yes, she prefers rocks. I have both types, so I can compare. The pink one in the photo is, I think, crispa; its tentacles are longer than those of malu, and the tips of the tentacles are lighter. However, the content is similar to that of malu.

The pink one crawled onto the sand. It often deflates and looks bad. Could its angels be bothering it? Or do they not touch the sea anemones at all?
