• The doctor shrimp eats stomatella :(

In general: I got up at night and saw the shrimp (Lysa amboinensis) eating the stomatella. The doctor is a cannibal??? In general, it doesn't just eat the part that the stomatella discards, but it digs into the "shell," as shown in the video a bit later. So, is this normal? I assure you right away that it has no problems with feeding.

And the hermit crab is eating strombus - is that normal? I chose hermit crabs in the aquarium...

Well, everything is logical with this. Let me rephrase the question: The shrimp didn't touch them for a while, and they multiplied so much that it was enough to keep the aquarium clean from the lower life forms. But now the shrimp is destroying my ecosystem by eating the Stomatella, which will lead to overgrowth again?! So is this typical for Lysa amboinensis, or is mine just an exception?

replace it with another one... Give this one to someone for a fish aquarium, and plant the new one...

My attention is not focused or is it not yet?

Alexandra

mine has eaten them all too. and feeding doesn't matter, just give her snails

I can't see it right now, probably only feeds under the cover of night.

My toras were eaten by strombus snails twice, and this happened after outbreaks of dinoflagellates and cyanobacteria. I realized that the snails were affected by toxins after consuming this stuff. Now everything is fine; the toras are not even interested in the snails.

Veronica

No longer eats, again stomatell, like at the stomatell factory.
