Brothers! Help identify the coral that grew on S.R.K. (dry reef rocks) six months after being placed in the aquarium. At first, I thought it was pink Xenia, but 1) the polyps do not pulse at all, 2) at night, the polyps of pink Xenia seem to curl up, while this one remains open 24 hours a day, and 3) the base of the coral has a greenish tint. Thank you.

I really liked this handsome "incognito".... But what is its name.... I'll try to find out... Maybe it's one of the forms of sitting jellyfish, like Cassiopeia rhomboidea. It looks similar.

I wonder if it grows on a stalk like Sarcophyton, Lobophytum, Sinularia, or crawls on the rock like Zoanthus? If a line is forming for the frag, I'm last in line.

I seem to have something like that growing. I was "treating" it, saying that it's a green sinularia (I might be mistaken). It's growing like a little tree for me, on a stem, and the crown looks like the one in the photo from TS. I'll post a photo of my coral tomorrow or the day after.

I have a remotely similar one growing in close proximity to an adult Sarka.
