• About mollusks.

Actually, I have two questions to avoid creating separate threads. 1. I caught a tiger cyprid destroying my favorite pink sponge last night, what a pest... But everywhere I read that they are completely reef-safe and harmless algae eaters. Has anyone caught cyprids in predation, what species, and are there really obligate algae eaters among them? 2. Are there any relatively large species of mollusks for which there are known cases of breeding in marine aquariums? I've only heard about nerites, although with very variable success (I haven't had any luck either), and supposedly they are hard to call large, and I also read that someone had trochus breeding... It's not even worth mentioning stomatellas and smaller species, there are enough that breed.

It was not noticed for its destruction. But it charges like a tank, knocking everything down in its path. For me, that was the only downside. Otherwise, it's a beauty.

Another downside for me is that they are strictly nocturnal; I only see them at night, unlike the strombus.
