• What is that umbrella-like thing?

I found a creature among the colony of zoanthids that releases silk when it comes out. It feeds on it, and when I took out a small stone, it hid and looked like the other closed umbrellas. It resembles some kind of beetle, but I can't get a photo. Should I kill it or let it live?

Does it interfere with the corals? I have a few of them. One slightly bothers the polyps, the other stresses the discoactinia. But when I think about having to dismantle and remove the live rocks, it doesn't seem as bothersome anymore. It also makes me consider that if it's alive, there must be some suspension in the aquarium. Maybe it's food for other corals, or it could be an additional source of phosphates or nitrates...
