Palolo or not?

Please help determine if this is palolo or not. I looked on Google, checked forums... The head doesn't seem quite right... Although it could be a... but it's crawling forward. The length is up to 10 cm, maybe a bit more. There are also similar worms but smaller. If it is palolo, how can I catch it? Thank you.

Yeah, and not just in the hand. I've heard twice that fish suffered from this beast, but that's more of an exception.

Don't feed the bourgeois, buy calvaseker - for example, from a (the composition is the same)... I actually poisoned it with boiling vinegar without consequences.

he has a small volume, the vinegar will immediately skew the pH. I poisoned with vinegar - in the evening I killed three, in the morning five small ones grew back.

Yeah, I was boiling it, and it spread like snow... Just 40 liters in total, I'm afraid of vinegar. I almost went for it, but it turned out to be balsamic vinegar.
