• Feeding Corals?

  • Timothy

Good afternoon. I want to ask a question about feeding corals. I searched for information but couldn't find it or didn't search well. I have new inhabitants and want to understand what care and feeding they need. What I currently have: Acropora millepora green, Stylophora, Tenuis, Euphyllia, and 3 new ones: Nemenzophyllia Turbida Clavularia Viridis Sarcophyton Glaucum I would appreciate any advice.

Better not to feed than to feed. All mentioned are photosynthetic. They do not require special supplements. Of course, there are owners who get obsessed with toxic plants. In that case, they add strontium, potassium, and a bunch of other things to the water. And they produce a lot of amino acid feeds for such corals. But I would focus on the quality and stability of water parameters. Once everything becomes "self-sustaining," then I would start to "experiment."
