If you have a 40-liter aquarium as stated in your profile, then the aquarium is too small for a mandarin fish, especially if the mandarin is not well-fed.

I was feeding her dry food like everyone else. Today I bought brine shrimp, I will give it to her. There are a lot of little bugs (small crustaceans, I don't know what they're called) crawling on the rocks, she was eating them too.

It won't eat dry food, and it usually doesn't eat Artemia right away. For the time being, buy live small bloodworms and scatter them on the bottom where it swims the most. When it starts eating bloodworms, mix thawed Artemia and bloodworms in a cup, let it sit for about an hour, and then place it on the bottom. Red Artemia is better.
