Good evening everyone, about a month ago or more, there was a problem in the aquarium, Achilles stopped seeing. He only eats nori from tweezers, he doesn't eat other food because he can't see where and what to catch. He swims normally, doesn't bump into rocks but can't see nets, etc. His eye is slightly cloudy. He has been living for two years, and he always shed a little crypt in the evening. There was a spike in nitrates, but now the parameters are normal. I'm interested if anyone has had similar cases, maybe it's bacteria or some kind of parasite, or maybe there are some baths that can be done? I feel sorry for the fish, he is slowly losing weight on a diet of just nori.

If it's bacteria, you can try baths with broad-spectrum antibiotics - it might help.

try giving fruits and salad with paprika... to support him, give a cube of frozen food with tweezers personally... Is he UV basking? As for the antibiotics, it's true... I might even get a separate aquarium for him so I don't have to catch him all the time (extra stress)... Maybe he has partial vision loss since he can see the corals... maybe he's getting old...
