Hello everyone... I might be breaking a lot of forum rules right now, but I really need advice: today I noticed that the oldest clown (5 cm, has been with me for over 3 months) started to have his lips "fall apart" - the right side looks like it has come off a hook. Additionally, he is sitting under the compressor in a dark corner - please advise me on what to do?

Could he have been injured by chance? Check online for articles on marine diseases by Yunchis. He describes them well, including treatment.

The problem is that I am in China, so the names of all the medications won't help me at all, and I definitely don't have a microscope here... The only thing available besides Chinese medications, which I can't figure out, is the German TETRA - so if anyone knows the medications from their set, I would be grateful!!! A photo of the fish is attached!

It looks like a severe case of marine columnaris. Are the other fish okay? Definitely use Virkon-S for applications (with a cotton swab, then rinse in seawater and pour it down the ... drain). You can also use a very strong tea infusion to harden them up. Baths with medications - 20 minutes for 5 liters with aeration (or check the instructions for the medication - how it reacts to air and light). There is a substance called Bicillin-5. Bath + application + medicated feed. Russian names are irrelevant - for medical preparations (active ingredients) there are registered international names, so look directly at the English.
