In the morning, a wrasse was spotted jumping out of the tank due to the barking of the dog (cat-dog). I don't even know how long it has been lying there. I put it in the sump after the skimmer and added a compressor. It lies still but is moving its gills, as if it's having difficulty breathing. What do you recommend? What are the forecasts? How can I help it? I really feel sorry for the fish.

It's a pity, but if you want to keep guppies/bullheads/dogs, you should put a net over the aquarium: ask the window installers for the narrowest profile for a mosquito net, but instead of a mosquito net, use garden netting for birds with a mesh size of 8*8mm-10*10mm (ask at Epicenter), which is usually enough to prevent fish from jumping out of the aquarium.
