Feed for mandarins

I would like to know who has encountered this food, which is positioned as a diet for problematic fish, such as sea needles and mandarins. This video shows a crowd of mandarins attacking the frozen food.

It's impossible to bring such a freeze. The little red dragon was eating a cyclops, the tangerine was too, then it switched to artemia. In the airif, there were oyster eggs (if I'm not mistaken), I think they are no worse than shrimp eggs.

Mandarin ducks are easy to feed, but whether wild ones can be fed like that is a big question.
