Finally finished my lamp. Materials: 1. Radiators - radiator profile BPO-1909 - two pieces of 1680 mm each. 2. Aluminum angle 40x20 mm. Used quite a lot. 3. Power supply - Mean Well SE-600-48. 4. Drivers - Mean Well HDD-700 and HDD-1000 (a total of 16 drivers). 5. The controller is homemade, six-channel for 17 drivers. 6. Plastic - foamed PVC 4 mm. 7. Self-tapping screws, rivets for the gun, thermal paste, wire. The LED assemblies themselves. Optics FOV30. The base of the lamp consists of two radiators connected by 40x20 angles at the ends. Between them is a compartment for installing the power supply and controller. In the compartment opposite each assembly, there is a hole drilled for the wires from the assemblies to pass through. I initially made the wires to the assemblies with connectors, but it seems I don't get along with them - contact was constantly lost here and there. I cut and soldered the wires to the assemblies - it's better this way. The entire structure is assembled using rivets and self-tapping screws. The assemblies are located in the center of the radiators. There are 7 assemblies on the near radiator and 6 assemblies on the far one. The finished lamp is suspended from the ceiling on anchors - chains - carabiners. A sketch is attached. And a few photos. If you have any questions, I'm ready to answer.
