• Hydroxide stirrer with pre-filter

A mixer on a pump with preliminary water purification through ion exchange resins. There are suspicions that the system does not purify the water to the required degree, and the mixer with a motor should, in theory, mix the hydroxide better. Combined 2 in 1. Ion exchange resins are planned in the thin pipe, while the actual mixer is in the larger diameter pipe. The pump is rated at 600 l/h, but I think if the blades of the impeller are partially trimmed, the performance can be adjusted to 200-300 l/h. P.S. Is it possible to mix anion and cation resins? If not, in what order should the water pass through them?

Cool thing A couple of comments Where is the unit planned to be installed? If in the sump - do you have a lot of extra space there????? The resin cartridge is sold ready-made, you just need to add another cup (not in the sump) and the issue is resolved Why make the mixer round??????????? Nowhere to put the pipes????? Is it difficult to make a square one out of glass???? It takes up less space and costs less... Everything else is great
