Jebao RW-8 and DCT-4000 pumps

Good afternoon, could you please let me know if anyone has long-term experience using these pumps? I have 3 Jebao pumps. The results are: 1) The circulation pump (less than a year) - it doesn't spin, but the remote works as before. 2) The foam pump (less than six months) - it doesn't start, and all the lights on the remote start flashing after a few seconds. 3) The lift pump (less than a year) - it still works, but the power has started to fluctuate, which didn't happen before. Can you tell me if the issue is with the remotes or the pumps? Is it possible to buy spare parts separately? Has anyone repaired such pumps? I have Jebao RW-8 and DCT-4000 - 2 units.

I have 5 pieces: 1/ wp-40 is currently working, two years old. 2/ DCT-2000 is broken after six months. The Hall sensor is broken; you open it, turn the shaft, and start it again. You have to repeat this after every shutdown. 3/ 2 pieces - DCT-4000 - one is still fresh, the other has been working for six months in foam. 4/ DC-5000, returned after about one year, still working. NOX said that DCT-2000 and DCT-1200 often fail. There seems to be a defect.
