Add light to Boyu 450

Hello, I recently bought a Boyu 450, and it only came with one PL 18w (white/blue) lamp at 10000K. Can you advise what I can add to it? Should I consider using lamps with a broader spectrum (14000K) or combine them with what I already have? I also want to create a moonlight effect using LEDs. Can you suggest where I can buy an electronic ballast for PL-L lamps, 2x18 watts?

Install the diodes right away. Cree LEDs are sold everywhere. Radiator + driver = happiness.
