Good afternoon. I am planning to set up 140 liters and 50 gallons. Can you recommend an optimal skimmer priced up to 200 dollars? I was considering the Aquarium System IO Skimm 800 or ordering from A. What do you suggest? Is there anyone selling a suitable used skimmer?

There is a new packaged pen from Riff Octopus (I'll check the model a bit later). It is designed for up to 500 liters. Your volume will handle it without any problems. I'm selling it for 150 dollars.

It's better to get the Deltec 500; it works great, while all the Chinese knockoffs just gurgle and take up space.

There is one like that on the service) It handles a moderately loaded 250-liter aquarium excellently, but I wouldn't use it for a larger volume. I do not recommend using a homemade setup with an Atman pump and a fan made from a comb, as its noise level is noticeably higher.
