I used "vossloh schwabe". German. No complaints. Now they are lying around waiting for a rework. I am also planning to buy the MG ballast from this company. The price is reasonable.

I also use Vossloh Schwabe T5 ballasts; the price-quality ratio is acceptable. It's better to take single ones; the difference is two euros, but if one lamp burns out, the second one still lights up, while with double ballasts both go out. MH ballasts are cheap, but I recommend inexpensive electronic MH ballasts; the bulb lasts longer, maintains the spectrum better, and lights up more effectively.

A single costs 153 in Vemasa. If you're interested, I can post the entire price list. I bought from them and I'm satisfied. And the waterproof T5 cartridges for 24 are an amazing price. I haven't seen them for less than 40 in stores.

You probably didn't mix anything up! Add the labor for installing these things to the small price difference, and their quantity doubles. That’s probably where the price comes from.
