Good afternoon! I decided to upgrade my lamp. I replaced the ballasts with T5 (installed Vossloh Schwabe 24W), and here I encountered a problem: both ballasts make a ringing and crackling noise while operating. Today I took everything apart and checked it; it seems to me that the sound is coming from the 220V input and the output, sometimes it disappears... but mostly it rings constantly. Please advise me on what to do; the sound is unpleasant and can even be heard while watching TV.
