During the process of setting up the aquarium, I realized that my lighting was clearly inadequate, so I decided to buy a fixture without experimenting too much. I found two options; I haven't checked if the second one is in stock yet, but if we don't consider the price, which one is better to choose? There's one nuance: I can't suspend these lamps from the ceiling, so I will place the first option directly on top of the aquarium, which is designed for that, while the second one is not. However, I think I can come up with something for the price difference. The second point is the full width of 1500 mm; should I place the fixture on the side walls or on the internal braces? This changes the distance from the fixture to the water by 7 cm. Or should I get a 1.2 m fixture?

I can offer BOYU lights in any size. Installation is provided for both on legs and suspended.

At the beginning of the apartment layout, furniture, and lighting planning, an aquarium was not intended, but later, when there was an empty space, it was decided that it would be optimal to place an aquarium there. It is technically possible to hang a lamp over it; the question is purely about the appearance of what will result. It's like putting forged wheels with Rosava tires on a Mercedes S and adding a bumper sticker that says "If you're not sure, don't overtake" (in general, if it's going to be hung, that's how it will turn out). Thank you for the advice.

As I understand, the design of the 1250 and 1500 is the same. How can they be attached to the aquarium without hanging?
