The dosages are the same as in the article. The preparation is very simple - we pour the powder into vinegar essence (or vinegar) until it stops reacting (fizzing). If it's essence, then adjust the dosage according to the percentage of vinegar content, or dilute it with osmol. It's too early to talk about the results, only a week has passed.
