• Where to refill a CO2 cylinder

A year ago, I bought a CO2 cylinder and a regulator on a forum. I was told that the cylinder was certified until 2019 and that the regulator, although it was from China, was of good quality. When it came time to refill it, I found a filling station online, went there, and was told that this cylinder was from a fire extinguisher and that such cylinders are not refilled, and that the regulator is garbage. Can you suggest if there is anywhere in Kyiv that can refill at least half of the cylinder?

I called there, they don't refill fire extinguisher cylinders, not even the certified ones. I deciphered the inscriptions, it was certified until 2019. Now I just need to find where to refill it or where to buy a good cylinder.

Can I have a photo? Or the model of the fire extinguisher. The most interesting thing is that my last filled cylinder from them was actually from a fire extinguisher, just painted black (it’s quite scratched, and the red is clearly visible under the black paint).
