Start from 6-8 USD per liter. This is with minimal and cheap livestock. If it's fish farming, then it's cheaper.

I can also say in support of the flow pumps. I have been using these (SunSun JVP-102B, 5000 l/h, and SunSun JVP-101, 3000 l/h) for almost 3 years and they work perfectly. The 5000 l/h is even a bit too much, so I want to try replacing it with the 3000 l/h. Therefore, I see no need to "criticize" this product. It fits very well into the theme of a "budget" aquarium.
