I want to install an osmosis auto-top-up system in a marine aquarium. Such an osmosis system already exists - it will be placed in the kitchen. I am considering several options for connecting the osmosis system to the aquarium, which will be located in the room. There is a possibility to lay the communications during the renovation. The first option: reverse osmosis in the kitchen, a thin tube (7-8 meters long) of osmosis laid under the laminate (on the floor) to the sump, and there either a float or an electromagnetic valve for auto-top-up. The second option: a pipe with mains water to (under) the aquarium, a separate reverse osmosis, in the sump, and the osmosis drain under the floor to the bathroom.
